From their roots in Germany to their soul-chosen home in Mallorca, the Karger family has brought their vision of harmonious living to life at Ses Tanques.


Carola and Jürgen have lovingly transformed this historic estate into a sanctuary of healing, organic abundance, and intentional design—a modern expression of luxury where well-being aligns with the natural rhythm of the land.

  • From our own trees growing next to our beehives, we get the most healing Extra Virgin Olive Oil pressed just few kilometres from our farm. This golden liquid enhances any dish with its distinctive flavor and is also used as natural medicine on our finca for humans and animals.

    Together with our partners, we work with the lunar calendar to determine the optimal times for planting, pruning, and harvesting the vines. We follow traditional biodynamic practices in our wine-making, from cultivating healthy soil to hand-harvesting the grapes at their peak.

    Why? Because we have seen the outstanding quality and taste these practices can deliver.

    Working together with nature brings out the best in all of us. Including wine.
